Show the rooms before they exist. Evolve Strength was opening a gym at South Edmonton Common and had to sell memberships before the building was finished. I rendered the interior in 3D and we cut the renders into video, so the ads sold the place people would walk into.
The gym opened, the founder checkout went live, and Evolve went on to launch three more branches.
Trade-off
A render is a promise, and the built room has to live up to it. In return, the gym had rooms to show from its very first ad.
My part
COSMO work. I made the architectural 3D renderings of the interior and worked on the video made from them. The ads and the founder checkout, which took a card and charged nothing until opening day, were shared work with the COSMO team.
